Bangalore
A relaxed, cosmopolitan city.
The city is  full of walks and cheerful gardens. A city of eccentric
contrasts that embraces mainstream and alternative lifestyles
comfortably.  Stay in the heart of this bustling modern city
A large part of the gay community is based in this city so this is
where you get to meet the gay and lesbian community.. Bangalore
is from where we begin and end our journey. Pink Lagoon also

Varkala
Varkala a calm and quiet hamlet has a long sandy
beach, warm blue waters and striking red sandstone
cliffs. The restaurants and cafes in Varkala all sit
perched in a long line on the edge of a very high cliff
that looks down over the beach.
It has several places of tourist interest like a
beautiful beach, a 2000 year old Vishnu temple and
the ashramam - 'Sivagiri Mutt' a little distance from
the beach. This serene beach resort is rich in mineral
water springs. A dip in the holy waters at this beach
is believed to purge the body of impurities and the
soul of all sins
.
Thekaddy /Periyar
A dark, green paradise in the Western Ghats
range.
Take exciting treks and night safaris through the
mountains that house the Periyar National park.
Wild elephants, golden-eyed tigers, the lion tailed
macaque, langur monkeys and leopards all roam
these hills.The Atlas moth, the largest of its kind
in the world, is a unique inhabitant of the park.
The real wildlife enthusiast in Thekaddy is
satisfied with nothing less than a heart-stoppingly
close encounter with wild elephants.
You will be lured out of your cottage by the smell
of cinnamon, cardamom, coffee and oranges.
Alapuzha /Alleppey
An intricate web woven in water referred to by travelers
as the ‘Venice of the east.
. Spent and day and night cruising the backwters in
luxury houseboats called kettuvalams made of bamboo,
coconut fibres and ropes. Ideal for a long and lazy cruise,
these houseboats are are fully equipped with state-of-
the-art comforts and facilities. with a chef and a guide
on board.
Kerala's  backwaters stretch over 1500 km with a network
of over 40 rivers, lagoons and lakes. Palm-fringed canals
wind through vast paddy fields with tiny hamlets lined up
on either side.

A tropical beach resort that makes you feel
like you have wandered into a post-card.
Life on the beach begins late in the day and
carries on well into the night.
You can explore the city of
Thiruvananthapuram. The city named after a
thousand-headed mythological snake has
palaces and temples to wander around. If you
hear the sea calling then set out with the local
fishermen on a traditional catamaran.

Shimmering silk, mountains of spice, gems and
jewellery, white jasmine for your hair and
orchids for your heart.
Mysore
Afloat on jasmine, silk and grand palaces  
. Mysore was once the capital of a princely state.
Palaces, ornate temples and Raj history dots this town.  
For the serious shopper, Mysore offers carved
sandalwood, pure silk sarees, crepe de  chine, beautiful
handspun and handloom cottons and incense. Mysore's
art galleries have interesting collections of paintings
from the Mysore, Bengal and European schools.
If you are disinclined towards grandeur, Mysore is a
great destination with wonderful vegetarian food and
some of the best teachers of ashtanga yoga
Munnar
A dramatically beautiful hill station perfect for treks,
languorous fishing, photography and the best sleep that
you ever had. In Munaar you will constantly reach out to
touch the clouds that seem so nearby. In this serene
landscape punctuated by tea plantations and waterfalls
you will try desperately to remember why you ever
worried about anything. You can walk through sandalwood
forests nearby and try to spot the Neelakurinji, a flower
that blooms once in twelve years. An assortment of wild
life such as Leopards,Elephants, the Nilgiri Thar, , Samba,
Gaur and the lion tailed Macaque are all found in the rich
tropical forests around.
Karnataka State
Kochi /Cochin
An old port town with one of the finest natural
harbours in the world
Kochi is cosmopolitan in the way that the
ancient Byzantine towns were. Prosperous,
traditional and full of little surprises.
Everybody came to Kochi. The Portugese,
Italians, Dutch, British and Chinese; They all
came and stayed. The Jewish synagogue,Dutch
palace, The chinese fishing nets,Bolgatty palace
etc. enrich the heritage of Cochin. You can stay
in a exquisite hotel, carefully restored to its 17th
century glory and sleep in an antique dutch bed
and speculate on the mystery of Kochi.
